Cooper and I had a great time learning to show in conformation together from 2004 through 2005. He loved to show and always had a happy smile on his face.
Cooper at almost 5 years of age came out of retirement so to speak and showed his little heart out at the West Coast Classic NAKC, July 26-27, 2008. Cooper came home with 3 Winners Dog and 2 Best of Winners for 3 Majors!!!! To top it off he finished his NAMASCUSA championship and earned 14 points towards his NAKC championship. Wahoooo:)

Cooper now has a full time job doing a kind of therapy work for Leah Stewart. Cooper grew up at the tax office where Leah and I worked together. He enjoyed greeting the clients and schmoozing with the tax ladies. Leah was quite fond of Cooper and over time it became apparent that they both needed each other more than I needed to have him all to myself:) So we packed Cooper's bags and drove the short distance to Leah's house! Cooper is enjoying all the attention, although he does have to share it with two kitties but they all get along and Leah loves having Cooper:)
Update - Cooper now sleeps on the bed with Leah and the two kitties:) I guess the cats gave up and realized he wasn't going anywhere!!!!!
